64: Arizona Association of Realtors Try to Suppress Free Speech Lawsuit

Chad DeVries is a successful Real Estate Agent dealing primarily in Luxury homes and properties in Prescott, Arizona. He and his attorney, Ryan Heath of The Gavel Project, have filed a law suit against the Arizona Association of Realtors(AAR) for attempting to suppress his First Amendment right to free speech. This Association is a member of the National Association of Realtors(NAR).
